The Care Workers’ Charity and Libertatem Healthcare Group

Libertatem Healthcare Group is joining The Care Workers’ Charity (The CWC) as a Bronze Sponsor and is helping to raise awareness of the support offered by the charity. The support given will widen the reach of CWC and will ensure more care workers in need can receive support.

John Lee, CEO, Libertatem Healthcare Group, says “We are proud to announce that Libertatem Healthcare Group has become a corporate sponsor of The Care Workers’ Charity. As one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist complex care for adults and children, we know first-hand the dedication, compassion, and resilience that care workers bring to their roles every single day. We also know that too often, those who care for others do not have access to the support they deserve when they face their challenges. Supporting the wellbeing of care workers isn’t just a priority for us — it’s a responsibility that demands action from across the sector. That’s why partnering with The Care Workers’ Charity feels like a natural extension of our values and commitment.

The Care Workers’ Charity provides vital assistance to care workers in crisis — from financial support to mental health resources — ensuring that the people who support others have someone to turn to themselves. We have seen, through our teams across the country, how care workers consistently go above and beyond for the individuals and families they support. Their dedication changes lives, and we believe they deserve better recognition, protection, and support. This partnership is a step towards that, and we encourage others in the care sector to join us in standing up for the workforce that keeps our care system running. Together, we can care for the carers.”

Karolina Gerlich, CEO of the CWC says, “We are very grateful that Libertatem have decided to support the CWC by becoming a Bronze Sponsor. By supporting us in this way they are supporting the social care workforce and showing their admiration of the amazing work achieved in social care.”

There are over 2 million care workers in the UK who care for the most vulnerable members of our society. The Care Workers’ Charity is a national charity that supports people working in social care in the UK with financial and mental health support.

The Care Workers’ Charity aims to ensure the social care workforce is supported so that the best level of care is given to service users.
