The Care Workers’ Charity and Flourish

Flourish is joining The Care Workers’ Charity (The CWC) as a Gold Sponsor and is helping to raise awareness of the support offered by the charity. The support given will widen the reach of CWC and will ensure more care workers in need can receive support.

Phil Hitchcox, Strategic Development Director of Flourish, said “We are delighted to build a purposeful, strategic partnership with the Care Workers Charity that helps to truly reward and recognise care workers for their hard work and dedication. As a training organisation that is deeply rooted within the Adult Social Care Sector, we are committed to helping to create better opportunities for carers via our suite of Click products, each of which is designed to support them to grow as professionals whilst also giving something back.

“We share CWC’s mission to champion care workers, reduce financial hardship and improve their prospects, and are proud to be able to support their vital work by partnering with them to support the sector.”

Karolina Gerlich, CEO of the CWC says, “We are extremely grateful that Flourish has decided to support the CWC by becoming as a Gold Sponsor. By supporting us in this way they are supporting the social care workforce and showing their admiration of the amazing work achieved in social care.”

There are almost 1.6 million care workers in the UK who care for the most vulnerable members of our society. The Care Workers’ Charity is a national charity that supports people working in social care in the UK with financial and mental health support.

The Care Workers’ Charity aims to ensure the social care workforce is supported so that the best level of care is given to service users.
