Change starts with a will – and yours could make a lasting difference for care workers.
By leaving a gift in your will to The Care Workers’ Charity, you can help ensure that care workers are supported not just today, but for generations to come. A legacy gift is a powerful way to stand alongside care workers long into the future, helping us provide practical support, strengthen wellbeing, and continue advocating for a fairer and more sustainable care sector. Sometimes it is the smallest decisions that leave the greatest legacy.
We know that writing or updating a will can feel daunting, which is why we have made it as straightforward as possible. We have partnered with Octopus Legacies, expert estate planners who can help you write or update your will in a way that suits you.
As part of this partnership, the cost of your will is covered by us up to £150. This means you can write a simple will for free, or access a will with trust at a significantly reduced cost. You can choose to complete your will online, over the phone, or face to face, whatever feels most comfortable for you.
Many of our supporters choose to include a gift to The Care Workers’ Charity in their will, but there is absolutely no obligation to do so when using this service. Writing a will can give you peace of mind and make things easier for the people you care about. If you do decide to leave a gift, you will be helping us respond to crisis, invest in long-term support for care workers’ mental health and wellbeing, and ensure care workers’ voices continue to be heard at the highest levels.
