Cup Of Care – A Moment That Matters

Join us for CupOfCare, a special event by The Care Workers’ Charity, created to support mental health in the care sector.
We’re encouraging care staff to take a moment, sit down with a hot drink, and have an open, honest conversation with a colleague.
What Is CupOfCare?
CupOfCare is an initiative to get everyone in the care sector to listen and be listened to. We want to encourage you to open up to a colleague or hear someone’s story over a warm brew.
Care workers often put themselves, and their mental health, last. This campaign is a gentle reminder that a problem shared is a problem cared.
Whether it’s a quick chat in the staff room or a moment during the morning meeting, we want to encourage you to open up, seek support, or simply lighten the mental load.

How to Get Involved
Sign Up: Register to sign up for our CupOfCare Day.
Use Our Downloadable Materials: Print and display posters in the staff room, send a team-wide email, and spread the word.
Pay It Forward Challenge: On 17th November, show you care by donating the price of a morning coffee to The Care Workers’ Charity, helping us support those who support others.
Coffee Bake Sale: Add a sweet treat to your coffee break and raise funds at the same time… win-win!
Make It Fun: Try Coffee Bingo, a staff room quiz, or a mini raffle! A small donation gets people involved and brings some smiles.
Get Sharing: Post your photos and stories on social media using #CupOfCare and tag us! Show off your best latte art or your favourite morning coffee spot. We’ll be reposting our favourites.
General Donate: Every contribution helps us provide emergency grants and support to care workers in need.
