The Care Workers’ Charity and MedeCare

MedeCare are joining The Care Workers’ Charity (The CWC) as a Bronze Sponsor and are helping to raise awareness of the support offered by the charity. The support given will widen the reach of the CWC and will ensure more care workers in need can receive support.

Chris Pearson, Managing Director, MED e-care UK and Canada commented “at MED e-care, we recognise the invaluable contribution that social care workers make each and every day. Supporting the Care Workers’ Charity aligns with our commitment to their financial, professional, and mental wellbeing. Through our partnership with CWC, we’re helping to ensure care workers have access to vital grants, resources, and services when they need them most.

Karolina Gerlich, CEO of the CWC says, “We are very grateful that MedeCare have decided to support the CWC by becoming a Bronze Sponsor. By supporting us in this way they are supporting the social care workforce and showing their admiration of the amazing work achieved in social care.”

There are almost 1.6 million care workers in the UK who care for the most vulnerable members of our society. The Care Workers’ Charity is a national charity that supports people working in social care in the UK with financial and mental health support.

The Care Workers’ Charity aims to ensure the social care workforce is supported so that the best level of care is given to service users.
