Supporting the Care Workers Charity is a great opportunity to unite your staff behind a worthwhile cause that people can identify with and feel passionate about. Depending on your level of support and commitment to the charity, we can tailor a package suitable to your organisation and objectives.

Big or small, your entire company, or a group of employees, there’s a way you can support the Care Workers Charity. We'd love to hear from you, please get in touch with us via our Contact us page to discuss the opportunities available. In the meantime, see below for further information.

Supporter Club membership

For a donation from just £3 per employee per year, you will not only be showing your support for the care community amongst your team, but by combining our shared values you’ll receive a whole host of benefits to enhance your business too. Download the package for care groups here.

Charity of the year partnership

A partnership with the Care Workers Charity will help you make a direct impact to those working in your sector. Whether you are looking for positive and increased press coverage, a boost in brand exposure, introduction to new audiences, help with staff development and engagement or to win awards, we can offer a tailored and flexible approach to establish a mutually beneficial partnership.

Staff fundraising

Encouraging staff to organise fundraising activities in the workplace with colleagues is great for team-building, communication and staff morale. We will support staff with ideas, materials, and planning to ensure they reach their full potential. Employees will gain a real sense of satisfaction and reward for their achievements.

Match funding

Double up your employee’s efforts by matching monies raised. This is a great way to effectively demonstrate your company’s commitment to charitable giving, and sets a positive example, encouraging further staff involvement.

Corporate donation

Your company may have a charitable fund, you may make a one-off donation or give regularly; these donations are a reliable source of income and help us to plan, budget effectively and make provision for supporting applicants. There are numerous tax benefits to charitable donations.

Sponsorship and branding

Sponsoring a Care Workers Charity fundraising event, initiative or funding project will give your company access to a new and captive audience, positive promotion, enhanced PR opportunities, increased brand exposure and profile-raising. We will align your marketing objectives with a relevant sponsorship opportunity, tailoring the package to meet your priorities.

Payroll Giving

Make a tax-free donation directly from your salary every month and support colleagues when they may need it most. Your donation is taken from your pay before tax is deducted and so it costs you less! For example, if you pledge to donate £20.00 per month to The Care Workers Charity and are a basic rate tax payer – only £15.60 will come out of your monthly salary (£12.00 for higher rate tax payers) Once set up, the Charity will again benefit from a regular donation.
