Larchwood Care has signed up to support the Care Workers Charity to ensure there is support for all our staff in their time of need.

All our employees go above and beyond to ensure our residents are well cared for and are happy. As part of our commitment to employees, our partnership with the Care Workers Charity enhances our support to staff and our promise to looking after everyone within the organisation.

The Care Workers Charity is dedicated to helping current, former and retired care workers. Help is offered in the form of hardship grants and online information and advice. Larchwood Care has partnered with the Care Workers Charity to support you if you ever experience financial hardship.

Applying for a grant is straight forward and is available to those in all roles within the care group: maintenance, domestic, laundry, carers, nursing, administration, management, finance, activities etc.

All applications to the fund are made directly with Care Workers Charity and are anonymous to all others working within Larchwood Care.

Larchwood Care supports their staff by:

  • Partnering with Care Workers Charity
  • Offering a huge range of discounts through our benefits hub (selected retailers only)
  • Offering access to an Employee Assistance Programme for any advice you made need, this is available for staff and their families 24 hours a day 7 days a week (confidential helpline)
