However you choose to spend your 24 hours\, every hour can help make a difference. \nSo\, what will you do with yours? 🧡 \nWhat is the 24 Hour Challenge?\nThe 24 Hour Challenge is a flexible fundraising campaign where you choose an activity and take it on for 24 hours during November. \nYou could complete your challenge in one 24-hour stretch\, split it into smaller sessions across the month\, take part on your own or get a whole team involved. \nYour challenge can be as active\, creative\, relaxing or ambitious as you want it to be. \nThe important part is making it yours\, having fun and raising vital funds to support care workers across the UK. \nHow Can You Get Involved?\n🧡 Choose Your Challenge\nDecide how you want to spend your 24 hours.
