Think football penalty shootouts\, target throw challenges\, sports bingo\, quizzes\, themed bake sales and office mini competitions. Whether participants are seated or standing\, the focus is on getting involved\, having a go and enjoying the moment together. \nTo make it easy\, we’ve created a comprehensive National Sports Day Fundraising Pack in partnership with Be Great Fitness. Designed by specialists in inclusive fitness for older adults\, the pack is packed with ready-to-run activity ideas\, printable resources\, fundraising tips and promotional materials.
