We want to encourage you to open up to a colleague or hear someone’s story over a warm brew. \nCare workers often put themselves\, and their mental health\, last. This campaign is a gentle reminder that a problem shared is a problem cared. \nWhether it’s a quick chat in the staff room or a moment during the morning meeting\, we want to encourage you to open up\, seek support\, or simply lighten the mental load. \n________________________________________ \n  \nHow to Get Involved \nSign Up: Register to sign up for our CupOfCare Day. \nUse Our Downloadable Materials: Print and display posters in the staff room\, send a team-wide email\, and spread the word. \nPay It Forward Challenge: On 17th November\, show you care by donating the price of a morning coffee to The Care Workers’ Charity\, helping us support those who support others. \nCoffee Bake Sale: Add a sweet treat to your coffee break and raise funds at the same time… win-win! \nMake It Fun: Try Coffee Bingo\, a staff room quiz\, or a mini raffle!
