Before submitting an application, please read our Guidance for Applicants  and Grant FAQ's to check whether your request is something we can help with. If you do not satisfy the full criteria we will not be able to progress your application. However, we will do our best to let you know of any other organisations who may be able to assist you. Our response to your application is not a replacement for obtaining professional legal or financial advice.

We typically limit grant awards to a maximum of £500, and £350 if the grant is to cover essential living costs. We reserve a small proportion of our grants budget to meet the costs of needs that exceed £500, such as essential home repairs. Please note we are unable to provide assistance with debts.
